Customer Service Rep Nancy Trabucco was showing her family her new “United
We Stand ”V-Gard ®Cap when it caught the eye of another diner in the restaurant.
He was a firefighter on his way to Ground Zero with a K9 (dog)rescue team,and
he wanted 25 caps.Nancy gave him her cap — and immediately coordinated
efforts to get him 25 more.
The firefighter returned from Ground Zero with Nancy ’s own hat,signed
by the res- cuers and their K9s to show their gratitude.
