Section 302 Certifications and NYSE CEO Certification

In June 2007, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer submitted to the New York Stock Exchange the annual certification as to compliance with the Exchange’s Corporate Governance Listing Standards required by Section 303A.12(a) of the Exchange’s Listed Company Manual. The certification was unqualified.

The Company’s reports filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission during the past year, including the Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2007, have contained the certifications of the Company’s Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer regarding the quality of the Company’s public disclosure required by Section 302 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
