Defender™ Faceshield Frame integrates easily with visor, hardhat, earmuffs

While pursuing a corporate objective of making continuous
improvements, we have recently introduced a number of new or improved accessories for head, eye, face, and hearing protection. Most benefits relate to product fit, comfort, versatility, ease of use, light weight, and low-to-moderate pricing.

The latest such product is our new Defender Faceshield Frame for Slotted Caps, which is available in three versions:

• With latching tab for use with standard-sized V-Gard® caps
• With latching tab for use with Topgard® caps
• Without latching tab for use on ALL slotted caps

Made from lightweight polypropylene, the Defender Faceshield Frame accommodates all MSA visors. (Choose from a variety made from polycarbonate, acetate, or PCTG.) The V-shaped frame extender enhances visor retention by minimizing flaring at the bottom of the visor.

The easy-in, easy-out visor channel allows for quick and easy visor replacement. No mechanical pins (which might break off) are used to hold the visor in place.

The front drip-edge design offers additional splash protection. The frame latches to the bill of the cap for a tight seal (latching models only). The ear muff accessory simply snaps into the frame pivot joint, with no bolts and nuts to fasten.
