 MSA Acquires Surety Manufacturing to Enhance Fall Protection Line As part of our strategy to improve core capabilities and existing product lines through strategic acquisitions and continuous improvement, MSA acquired Surety Manufacturing and Testing Ltd. of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, on February 2, 2001. This acquisition complements MSA/Rose’s existing line of fall protection products/services and will expand our product lines to the fire service market.
